Sales / Business Development



Screenful is a data analytics & visualisation startup based in Helsinki and Yerevan. Our analytics tools and visual dashboards are currently used by 500+ customers in 40+ countries.
We’re currently a team of eight with background in design and technology, and want to strengthen our team with a Sales / Business Development role to lead our business development strategy. Duties include:
Identifying and executing up-sell opportunities to existing customers
Approaching new potential customers
Identifying new business opportunities
Managing partner and reseller relationships
Finding new resellers
Driving usage growth of the Screenful product
Conducting customer demos
Preparing proposals, quotes, invoices
Working as a liaison between customers and developers
Engaging with the ecosystem at the industry events and meetups
Qualifications
Entrepreneurial drive and the ability to achieve goals
Familiar with selling to a technical audience and are comfortable with a consultative sales approach.
Previous experience in B2B sales in IT or related field
Experience in selling products to international markets
Understanding of customer success techniques and strategies
Excellent presentation skills, both verbal and written
These are not mandatory but will help in this role
Experience with SaaS business model
Familiarity with Atlassian tools, especially Jira
Familiarity with agile methodologies and Lean thinking
Familiarity with Scaled Agile Frameworks such as SAFe or LeSS
Experience in building partnerships and distribution channels
Experience in managing financials and executing fundraising rounds
