About this opportunity

• Provide ongoing technical support for the implementation of new and existing web technologies used at merchant check-outs, (such as DIVIDO)
• Coordinate internet activities, identify needs and explain website opportunities and limitations
• Troubleshoot problems associated with web integrations and applications, and/or web pages
• Act as the second line support for incidents
• Provide training to NF personnel on the creation and maintenance of web pages and our web integrations
• Provide ongoing development and technical support of new technologies to help increase, and make more visible and accessible the information resources, and services available through NF online channels
• Research, assist and advise in the development of training materials, website information and support material in electronic, multi-platform applications

Who you are

• Knowledge of industry standards in website development, content creation and content accessibility
• Experience in responsive web design (RWD) and development including familiarity with web-content management systems, such as WordPress, WooCommerce, Magento, Prestashop
• Comprehensive knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, PHP, XML, JavaScript and cross-platform web accessibility standards
• Experience or knowledge of Software as a Service (SaaS) applications
• Knowledge and experience with a variety of software, such as forms generation, spreadsheet, word processing, network email, intranet programs and file conversion and compression
• Strong analytical skills, with experience using Google Analytics
• Working knowledge of Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and maintenance

• Ability to plan, initiate and implement effective programs, projects and services. You also have an ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Excellent interpersonal and team collaboration skills, but also excellent English skills
