We are looking for an enthusiastic, and inspired senior visual designer into our B2B Customer Experience design team. This is an once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to transform our product experiences into something remarkable and let it be shaped by your talent for visual design.

In this position you will be lead the visual design of the product interfaces and our design system. You will help transform our products by use of highly usable common components and ground-breaking and insightful visualizations, with for example animations, transitions and visualization of product insights.

Your main area of ownership is our design system which is used by our UX designers in their product design work and by our developers in implementing the design. You will also support the UX designers in product design to create compelling products, and our developers in coding highly responsive interfaces.

You are a designer who loves beautiful and simple visual design. You feel comfortable coaching designers and developers, as well as working in a very hands-on mode designing and coding UX components yourself.

You know the conventions and styles of the main operating systems and understand the intricacies of the interaction methods (e.g. mouse, touch) and how that affects the product, and how all this relates to visual design. Your visual design is always guided by clear communication of the value and simple and effective interactions.

You have an education in arts or visual design, and extensive experience in UX design, from the consumer side to B2B, and from the web to the mobile and to the desktop. You can code UX components in HTML and CSS, and are able to guide developers in the front-end development of our products.
