The Gas Solutions Services team in Wärtsilä Marine Business provides life cycle services related to Gas Solutions Systems to all customers globally. These include long term service agreements, upgrades, training services, field services, technical support and spare parts. 

The installed base for Wärtsilä Fuel Gas Supply Systems (FGSS) is growing rapidly with LNGPacs and Gas Valve Units (GVU) as the core products. This is your chance to join the Gas Solutions Services team to grow FGSS aftersales business while securing excellent customer experience and operational excellence.

“Senior Product Manager, Fuel Gas Supply System Services” is accountable for defining what are the Services products (Agreements, Upgrades, Training, Field Services, Spare Part kits) related to Fuel Gas Supply System product line and how to sell and deliver those to provide customer value. He/she will also be responsible to secure that the needed delivery capabilities are in place in the various different parts of the global Wärtsilä organisation in order to secure business performance. He/she will be reporting to “Manager, Services Sales & Product Management” of Gas Solutions Services.

Responsibilities:
- Define and communicate Services offering/products related to Fuel Gas Supply Systems in order to provide customer value in profitable and sustainable way. 
- Ensure that delivery capabilities for offered services are in place to secure excellent customer experience covering delivery of service agreements, upgrades, field services, technical support, training and spare parts
- Constantly collect and analyse feedback to further improve the offering, delivery capabilities and profitability
- Create, align and validate product portfolio & strategy through close collaboration with stakeholders in Gas Solutions and elsewhere in Wärtsilä. 
- Make value propositions for the products to be sold and define correct pricing levels in line with that. 
- Ensure required product information to provide optimised life-cycle services is made available by related stakeholders
- Develop action plans to enable increased utilisation of digitised services. 
- Define business and delivery model for new Services products. 
- Provide product(s) / solution(s) assistance to Sales. 
- Bridge gaps between commercially and technically oriented teams at different parts of global Wärtsilä organisation involved in selling and delivering Fuel Gas Supply System Services. Act as “escalation channel” when needed 
- Participate in continuous improvement of product management & take-to-market processes and tools.

Desired Skills:

- Understanding the services business, especially the long-term agreements business and products, both technically and commercially
