About this opportunity

  • Set a clear vision/direction for Nordea.xx and use that direction to lead efforts within Digital Sales and broader Nordea on e.g. content strategy and guidelines as well as understanding the technology landscape within this field to support that vision
  • Ensure team members are equipped with the right skillset and tools to continuously work with (and understand how to balance) content optimization for e.g.
    • Increasing traffic from search engines (SEO)
    • Maximizing conversion rates  (CRO)
    • Personalisation and optimization (A/B testing) through use of web data tools
  • Ensure consistent and high-quality content on Nordea.xx through a clear website governance structure and editorial processes
  • Facilitate Content Management best practises and knowledge sharing across the local Digital Sales teams
  • Actively drive improvements in processes and ways of working to increase quality and reduce time to market
  • Coaching, competency development and other general line manager responsibilities for Content Managers in local Digital Sales teams

Who you are

  • Passion for creating business value (sales) through ongoing optimization and personalisation of content based on data
  • Several years’ experience within website content management preferably from an eCommerce with deep understanding of a wide range of important areas from website structure and governance, technology and data supporting ongoing optimization and personalisation, to hands on experience from content optimization 
  • Leadership experience with strong people skills and proven ability to lead through change
  • Strong communicator with stakeholder management skills
  • Team player with a proactive, humble and yet ambitious attitude  
  • Relevant experience from similar positions possibly from leading digital agency or company of similar size and complexity
  • Fluent in written and spoken English
