We are looking for Application Specialists to our Healthcare Finland Service Desk team, working with the Healthcare products.

In our team

you will work as a member in group of application specialists in Oulu. Our activities are directed to supporting the customers of healthcare systems and they also include consulting, deployment & configuration, as well as consulting regarding the implementation of our Healthcare products. In this role you'll have opportunities to participate in creating new IT solutions, services and products. You'll also get to directly participate in the full implementation lifecycle.

To succeed in this role

it helps to have

• Experience with Microsoft SQL Server and SQL
• Fluent Finnish and good English language skills
• Knowledge of national requirements regarding healthcare, integrations used in healthcare sector, data communications, ITIL, and Effica/Lifecare applications will be counted as an advantage. You might have been working as a main-user in a healthcare organization.​
• We also appreciate experience and deep understanding on IT services and solutions in the healthcare domain and proven skills on working in the Healthcare sector, providing support for the Healthcare specialists
