As a Product Manager, your focus will be in developing and maintaining ZenRobotics’ product portfolio and product roadmaps for our current and upcoming products. In practice, you will set up and manage product processes and communicate with key stakeholders to establish a comprehensive agreement of our product portfolio, roadmap, requirements, features and applications.

Yes, this means that you will be the key person to supervise all our products throughout their lifecycle.

To achieve this, you will collect and manage information on product and feature requests and put together market and competitor analysis. You will be negotiating priorities with R&D and sales. You will also get to work closely with ZenRobotics’ management team to ensure that the product roadmap is aligned with our key business goals.

What is needed in the role?

To succeed, you should have

• Technological knowledge of at least two of the following: robotics, AI, software products or the waste industry.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to present complex issues in a simple way.
• Ability to create dialog with various groups and stakeholders with differing views.
• Ability to understand both customer needs and business objectives to ensure we have the best possible product.
• A customer centric working approach and experience in modern and lean customer-oriented working methods.
• Experience in business development.
• Interest towards circular economy, waste sorting and recycling.
• A structured working style and passion for driving things forward.
