Hi! My name is Jarkko Torppa and I am leading Telia Inmics-Nebulas Sales unit. We are looking for a Business Manager to join my team of experts! Your primary location will be our brand new and modern office at Tripla (Helsinki), where we will be moving this spring. Other locations are negotiable. It would be good if you could start the task as soon as possible.

YOUR NEXT CHALLENGE?

The sales unit is in search of a highly skilled Business Manager to join our team and help us develop the way of working and our processes.

Daily and Monthly Responsibilities

• Strategize, implement, and oversee processes for increased productivity and growth.
• Design daily operational practices that support our organizational objectives.
• Establish and grow relationships with different units in Telia Inmics-Nebula than to all Telia family.
• Ensure that all persons all adhere to processes and guidelines.
• Create and maintain sales forecasts and sales plans.
• Support customer-facing operations, including sales, marketing, Service execution and P/L -units.

WHO ARE YOU?

You may have managerial experience. Probably you have previously managed day-to-day operational activities, including production, human resources and/or accounting processes.

Our Ideal Candidate Has

• Bachelor’s degree in business, IT, or related field or at least 3-year experience in a similar role.
• Experience in business and strategy development processes.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced business environment.
• Superior leadership skills, with a focus on salesperson coaching and sales development.
• Communicates fluently (written and oral) in English and Finnish.
