We’re looking for a Transport Coordinator to work in our Logistics department.
You are a team player with excellent cooperation skills and open-minded attitude. You have flexible working style, good problem solving abilities and you even enjoy working under pressure occasionally. In everything you do, strong commitment on quality is natural to you.
You will be working in a team of export customer service and tyre logistics but also in close cooperation with other units. The position is based in our head office Nokia, Finland.
Key responsibilities:
• Export and domestic delivery planning and booking in cooperation with other customer service personnel globally, supply planning and R&D
• Invoicing, creating export documents and checking and approving freight invoices
Qualifications:
• B.Sc. degree in relevant field, for example foreign trade or logistics
• A few years’ experience in export logistics in international environment
• Experience in working with ERP-system(s) and Microsoft 365 tools, experience from working with TMS systems is also welcomed
• Customer orientated mindset, good problem solving skills
• Ability to work well under pressure in a hectic environment with accurate and logical working style
• Ability to work both independently and as a member of team in a multicultural environment
• Fluent Finnish and English skills, comfortable of speaking both in international environment
• Motivated to learn new ways of working and develop yourself in the field of logistics
