We are looking for inspiring Enterprise Architect who is passionate about Retail industry and experienced in digital transformations. You are able to take a lead of the conversations and advise our customers how to drive digitalization or implement strategically important features with Enterprise Architecture capabilities. You can coordinate new innovative services and define reference architecture aligned to customer’s future business strategy and needs. You have capability to transform strategic business demands into architecture building blocks and requirements / epics. You already have some network within retail area decision makers and you continuously expand your network with peers internally and externally cross units and countries.
 

You are capable of leading core consulting assignments in Retail area, deal with the complex and demanding issues in the area of expertise. You plan your own work and you are also able to lead a working team consisting of people from TietoEVRY, our customers and partners.

We are looking for Retail Enterprise Architect for our Industry and Application Advisory (IAA) unit in Finland. In this role you will be responsible for leading customer discussions on business transformation initiatives for Retail area customers and transform those into architecture components and Epics.
 

Your key tasks will include

• Identify business challenges and opportunities in Retail area
• Actively generate new business with TietoEVRY client partners by meeting customers, introducing your and TietoEVRY competencies and collaborate within partner ecosystem
• Drive customer conversations with client partners, advise customers and participate in strategically important sales cases
• Identify customer business landscape and transformation roadmap together with customer stakeholders
• Participate in the transformation programs and lead enterprise architect
• Proactively share best practices with your colleagues and customers

We expect you to have

• A strong Retail business knowledge combined with a proactive way of working
• Strong business and information architecture with technology understanding within Retail industry
• Delivering superior customer value is your top priority. You have excellent networking and problem solving skills, and the capability to develop and present high level abstractions.
• Strong omnichannel retail architecture and technology experience and foresight covering retail core systems like SAP or Oracle Retail complemented with proven experience or understanding of modern API-first microservices, product information and/or customer master data management.
• In addition, we expect you to have proven knowledge and experience
