Our Growth & Marketing team may just be looking for you! The team is on a mission to connect more people with the joys of Wolt by iterating and exploring new ways of using the service. The team is all about tests, tests and tests, making this a super exciting team to work for; things happen fast and you'll be able to see the results of your labor within weeks. We may test for example what type of credit codes work best in converting first time users, or which one results in the biggest basket size.

This 👆is where you come in. We're looking for someone to take the helm of the team. The team consists of two skilled engineers and two analysts (and we're on the lookout for more, so your team is growing!), and we want to bring you in to strengthen the team with your hands on development skills combined with leadership abilities. You know what it takes to develop top quality software, take care of people and achieve ambitious goals together. You are an engineer and a people leader rolled into one. You'll be a facilitator and an enabler for the team to do what they do best, by making personal development plans, hosting regular 1on1s and taking part in the future recruitment, while also being a productive developer. We estimate you to spend 60% of your time coding and 40% team leading.

Your future team is building features that drive conversion & increase the amount of active customers, and in turn improve our key metrics directly. Talk about impactful work, huh? The team works closely with our business, marketing, analytics, user acquisition and different engineering teams to bring results. You get to work on things like content creation tooling, marketing automation and other growth features.  The mentality is to experiment a lot, fail fast and win big.

We want you to be motivated about working for the betterment of the product. You'll need to be able to work in shorter projects with immediate impact and make data-driven decisions. The teams' stack mainly consists of Python, TypeScript (React), so experience from one or multiple would be highly beneficial. We do expect prior experience as a team lead.

The compensation will be a negotiable combination of monthly pay and Wolt stock options. The latter make it exceptionally easy to be excited about our company growing and doing well, as you'll own a piece of the pie.
