We are looking for an ambitious speech scientist to join our team. You have worked with modern ASR and NLU solutions. You are comfortable working with the latest machine/deep learning technologies and are not afraid to implement the latest research findings. You will be working closely with our Chief scientist, who has been developing Amazon Alexa, Echo and FireTV products.

You will be part of our fast growing speech science team responsible for:

• Implementing machine learning algorithms for speech recognition and natural language understanding
• Building data pipelines for model training and evaluation
• Training and evaluating statistical models for ASR and NLU

You will be a great candidate for this position if you have:

• Real passion and talent to develop outstanding ASR and NLU solutions
• Experience in some of the following:
  • Speech and language processing
  • Machine learning
  • Software development
  • Cloud computing
• Good programming skills to develop and prototype ML systems
• Capability for data scraping, scripting and automation
• Ability to learn new domains and technologies fast and independently
• Analytical mindset
• Good team work skills

We expect you to know most of the following tools and technologies and be eager and capable of learning fast:

• Programming languages: Python, C/C++, Java
• Machine learning: PyTorch, TensorFlow or similar
• Scripting: Unix scripting
• Developer tools: Git
