Sales development representative (SDR)
Dear Lucy is a growing b2b SaaS company with a rapidly growing client base in over 20 countries. We have achieved tremendous customer response with our user-friendly solution, and are now looking to strengthen our sales team in Helsinki.

The Role
With a strong interest in expanding your skills in modern B2B SaaS sales, you will support our Sales Team by generating new leads through outbound sales prospecting and managing a flow of inbound leads. In your role, you will
Reach out to potential customers by having meaningful conversations on the phone, per email or via social media. You reach out to those who have never engaged with Dear Lucy with an aim to start a free trial or set up a high-quality meeting with our Sales Executive
Nurture leads who have shown interest in Dear Lucy through marketing channels or have already signed up for a free trial.
Guide customers through an exceptional Dear Lucy experience to ensure a successful free trial and to secure an initial purchase
Conduct a high volume of calls, emails and messages to connect with prospects.
Work seamlessly with marketing and sales team members.
Smash weekly, monthly, and quarterly and annual targets.

What You Bring to the Table
A suitable degree
2-3 years of work experience in B2B sales
Genuine interested in dashboarding, business data/analytics and business management
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
Eagerness to working with new SaaS solutions, and other relevant tools
Solid understanding of social media tools including LinkedIn
Ability to quickly learn new sales and marketing tools including HubSpot and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
Bonus Points for
Working experience at a SaaS or fast-paced startup environment
Experience selling a B2B SaaS
Familiarity with Pipedrive, HubSpot or Salesforce ecosystems
Professional language skills in other languages
