The opportunity:

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to be based in Tampere. This is a client facing role managing and coordinating large and complex IT Implementation and Services projects. Project Manager works across multiple technical teams to deliver B2B and customized professional services and develops customer relationships and manages customer expectations. The role gives an opportunity to work with customers from various industries in Finland and in Europe in digitalization projects. You are great at:

- Managing multiple medium to large sized projects at a time while remaining detail oriented.
- Understanding the deliverables and planning and coordinating assignments accordingly to ensure on-time, within-budget, high quality delivery.
- Creating and maintaining complex project documentation including requirement specifications, timelines, budgets, schedules and tasks, status reports and general project communication.
- Communicating with customers regarding project schedules and deliverables and conducting presentations.
- Setting and managing customer expectations and exceeding customer satisfaction metrics.
- Communicating complex technical and non-technical issues to different stakeholders.

What it takes:

- Project management experience in a client facing role.
- Experience in large and complex system implementations and proven experience delivering on-time and on-budget implementations.
- Experience in developing and deploying standard implementation methodologies.
- Understanding of data integration, data mapping, cloud-based services concepts and business data flows.
- Understanding of EDI, XML, and integration technologies with various protocols on a concept level.
- Ability to motivate the team to collectively meet project timelines.
- Great listening and communication skills.
- Current Certification in Project Management (PMI, CSM) is desirable.
- Degree in Business or Information Technology Sciences (or equivalent) is preferable.
