Wärtsilä Marine Business is looking for a Trainee to join the Marine Business QEHS Team on temporary contact base, supporting the work in quality management domain. The position is to be filled from the beginning of January 2020. Location for the position is Helsinki, Finland.

Responsibilities:
Support MB QEHS Manager in work on Marine Business quality domain management, development, reporting and performance results/issues analysing tasks.

Requirements:
This is a junior position expected to work under direct supervision of QEHS Manager, responsible for quality area in Marine Business. 
- Perform assigned tasks independently and with minimum supervision.
- Experience in development and in creation of regular reports, using the data from several sources/systems.
- Experience in cooperation and collaboration across functions and businesses is an advantage.
- Able to analyse complex data and propose/write clear instructions, procedures, guidelines and training materials.
- Previous experience and knowledge of SAP system, SAP FIORI, Power BI, Qlickview apps is required.
- Experience with work on quality process development and SAP application development, involving external vendors is needed.
- High focus and eagerness to learn more about quality management system.
- Knowledge of Marine Business organization and way of working is a clear advantage.
- Ability to learn new things quickly, open minded personality, able to work within multinational team.
- Proactive approach, able to propose improvement or formulate innovative ideas or solutions.
- Team player with effective communication and collaboration skills.
- Fluency in English, other languages are an advantage.

One year, temporary, full time contract, with challenging but rewarding tasks. 
Ability to learn and develop further your skills and gain experience related to quality management process, practices and tools.
You will contribute to enhancement and improvement in quality management programs and projects. You will be part of multinational expert team.
