About the role

Nixu is seeking Cybersecurity Awareness Consultant to fulfil our clients raising needs in cybersecurity awareness and education. In this role, you are responsible of creating and delivering world-class Cybersecurity Awareness services to Nixu’s clients and supporting our pre-sales process. If you enjoy building and running educational cybersecurity exercises or even cyber war games with true cybersecurity professionals, this is the perfect opportunity for you.

You will be working with the Awareness related deliveries and successfully work together with Nixu’s professionals from on various branches of cybersecurity. You stay well-informed of all industry trends and emerging cybersecurity threats and you can link this knowledge into communication, training and resource development. You know how to maintain a framework to evaluate the effectiveness of awareness trainings by tracking various metrics.

In this role you will act as a client´s contact point for Cybersecurity Awareness related matters and work with pre-sales process. You can easily communicate the strategic value Nixu’s Cybersecurity Awareness services bring to customers and create new opportunities with sales to further strengthen the cooperation with the client.

The position is permanent and full-time. Our office is in Espoo.

• Proven experience from working with awareness or risk disciplines in cybersecurity domain or strong interest towards cybersecurity
• Experience from driving business growth
• Consultative mindset with strong business acumen
• Ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholder groups
• Fluent Finnish and English language skills
