Process Owner

to join our energetic Operations Development team in Parcel & eCommerce?

Together with your teammates you have the full ownership of operational processes. You will ensure that the processes work seamlessly together and improve them towards more profitable operations. You will see to that operational processes create value for the business and generate great customer experience. As a Process Owner, you will participate and lead operational development projects and be a part of validation group for new development. As an operations subject matter expert, you will participate in different business development projects and be responsible for representing operations in these workgroups. You will ensure the smooth improvement of operational processes and systematically utilize lean principals in development.

Would this be you?

• Excellent knowledge of light transportation and terminal processes and a lot of passion to use your know how to improve these processes
• Experience of using lean philosophy in process development
• Strong skills to manage and prioritize own work and excellent track record in teamwork
• Fluent communication skills in Finnish and English
• Applicable degree in logistics and at least 5 years of experience in logistics management or development
