We are now looking for a

Pricing Manager, New Equipment Business (NEB)

business development to lead KONE pricing development in Espoo, Finland.

In this role you will drive the new equipment pricing excellence. Your main target is to support the profitable growth of KONE new equipment business by analyzing, consulting and following-up KONE local units pricing. You are responsible for developing pricing and profitability related analysis methods and tools and based on the analysis findings designing, developing and implementing strategic development actions. You are responsible to manage and maintain global pricing development roadmap.

Main responsibilities include:

  • Leading NEB pricing process and pricing related tools development
  • Working in close co-operation with the Front line and Area business stakeholders in New Equipment Business customer pricing and driving growth / profitability.
  • Work as a trainer in pricing skills: both analytical and soft skills related to pricing.
  • Create pricing concepts, develop price lists and perform reporting activities together with your team and stakeholders.
  • Lead analytics projects in the field of New Equipment Business pricing
  • Support and contribute offering, marketing and sales management development.
  • Work as pricing expert in the business planning and pricing strategy creation.
  • Co-operating and sharing best practices with KONE global team and other sales and pricing professionals within KONE globally
  • Driving active co-operation with other global teams in developing new processes, tools and growth opportunities.

Skills, Education and Experience:            

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in technical or business science
  • Analytical mindset combined with people skills
  • Strong interest and knowledge towards business analytics and data
  • Solid experience (5 years) in either sales, product management or customer relationship management
  • Solid IT skills, experience of of using BI tools, Microsoft excel and SAP/KTOC
  • Drive, persistence and excellent people and communication skills to win together with our teams
  • Understanding of corporate strategy and finance
  • Mature presentation skills
  • Strong communications and facilitation skills
  • Willingness to travel
