Are you the Integration Specialist for our Customer Experience practice?

Our Customer Experience team is helping leading Nordic customers in digitalizing customer experience and in creating solutions that connect back to front office value chain through Service management, Marketing, Sales, Customer Service, Portal and custom solutions. Our Customer Experience team is using modern business capability driven design methodologies and combining Sofigate’s transformation management capabilities in delivery. We have ambitious growth targets and plenty of career opportunities for talents.  

We are now looking for Integration Specialist to grow to be the key player in our integration services competence. In your work you will get the opportunity to participate in diverse implementation projects and to design integration solutions, methods and standards.

To succeed in your work, we appreciate if you have following skills and capabilities:

  • Integrations definition and design
  • Prior knowledge on integration technologies, protocols and standards
  • Basic knowledge of some of our customers business platforms like Oracle, Salesforce

We expect excellent interaction, collaboration and communication (both in Finnish and in English) skills and desire to learn new technologies and working methods. You are excited to discuss with our customers about the integration possibilities and solutions.
