Software Architect role is to lead and support customer deliveries technical roll-outs, implementation and support for customers and participate in new product feature development.

Tasks:

• Technical planning, implementation, and leading of Public/Private Cloud deliveries and On-premises deployments
• On-premise customers deployment (+version upgrades) coordination and issue investigations
• Planning of potential new Public360 components and support for product development related platform questions and new modules. Planning of new integrations.
• Sales support for new customers (solution review, work estimates from technical perspective, platform questions and support for sales)  
• New modules roll-out/technical roll-out enablement planning
• Data migrations for new customers
• Customer technical support in roll outs and technical environment setups
• Issue investigations in cloud deliveries with Public360 consultants, product development and cloud deliveries operations
• Support for customers in production  

Skills:

• Building web API with ASP.NET Core

• Building web applications in ASP.NET
• Building RESTful web services
• Microsoft Azure
• SQL Server
• Fluent Finnish and Fluent English
• Not mandatory but advantage: Case and document management system and Sähke2 knowledge is advance.
