Job description

We are now looking for an experienced Accountants for future NELES finance organization in Tampere. SAP experience is necessary in this new exciting role. Tampere will serve as a global key location for Neles, helping to develop processes with modern technology.

You are responsible for performing defined General Ledger/Asset Accounting/ Reporting processes:

• • Intercompany reconciliations
  • Asset accounting
  • GL transactions
  • Reconciliations
  • Efficient month end closing for defined companies
  • preparation of statistical reports
  • preparation of VAT reporting
  • Implementing and ensuring that Neles accounting policies are followed in business units
  • IFRS reporting towards Neles group
  • Instructing business units on accounting related issues
  • Participating to audits and managing audit materials
  • solving complex accounting related issues

To Succeed

To succeed in this role you should have a minimum of 3 years’ relevant experience in financial/accounting role(s). Previous experience in similar type of accounting roles from international environment is desired. You have In-depth accounting knowledge and experience from group reporting is beneficial.

You are solution and development orientated and you have a customer service mindset. You have good social skills – you take things forward proactively in good collaboration with others and you are also able to work independently. Fluent verbal and written communication skills in English is a must in this role, knowledge of French or other common Neles languages (such as German) is an advantage. We hope you are willing to travel when needed.
