Accounts payable specialist to Financial service centre located at Vantaa

In autumn 2017 AFRY (former Pöyry) founded a Financial Service Centre (FSC) to Vantaa close to Vantaankoski railway station. FSC consists of three teams taking care of Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and Project Accounting. Each team has around 5-12 members and they provide financial services to AFRY entities in Europe. In this open position you will be employed to Accounts Payable related tasks.

We will adjust the role based on the chosen candidate’s profile. Your tasks will consist of some of the following:

• Handling of travel claims and purchase invoices (Basware TEM, Basware IP, Concur)
• Payment runs and processing manual payments
• Bank statement bookings
• Other tasks related to Accounts Payable

We expect from you:

• Studies or work experience from finance
• Fluent in English. Knowledge in Finnish and German is considered as an advantage
• Organized and meticulous way of working
• Ability to perform routine tasks
• Flexibility and positive attitude

This is a temporary position and will last at least until 31.12.2020. Current employee from the Accounts Payable team will be substituting a person in other tasks who will be on study leave.
