• Be responsible for continuing improvements in component manufacturing departments and customer projects
• Make project based plans for manufacturing methods
• Take actions internal quality issues
• Forward project based demands internally
• Improve manufacturing methods and work efficiency

• Minimum of Bachelor degree on manufacturing engineering or similar technical education
• Good problem solving skills and high tolerance for stress
• Understanding of workshop manufacturing processes (machining, welding, assembly)
• Experience of improving working efficiency
• Excellent co-operation skills and ability to work in multicultural business environment
• Good communications skills, fluent written and spoken Finnish and good English
• Ability to make independent decisions
• Skills and knowledge of LEAN philosophy
