KONE Global Manufacturing Network and Supply Units (KONE elevator factories) is responsible for the supply, production and distribution of elevators globally ranging from standard elevators to custom-designed solutions.

We are now looking for a

Head of HR, KONE Manufacturing Network and Supply Units

to support and ensure that KONE Manufacturing Network and Supply Units (KONE elevator factories) will meet its business targets.

As a Head of HR for KONE elevator factories you will have following key responsibilities:

• support business in strategical human resources topics and participate actively in business development, business strategy creation and execution as well as in organizational development
• ensure that business will have the right competences, people, and talent pools in place to meet the business needs now and going forward
• act as an HR business partner for the Global Manufacturing Network and Supply Unit’s management team
• work in close collaboration with local unit HR's in factories and support them in key local strategical topics
• ensure that people processes are run smoothly and according to global practices in all factories with the leadership of local unit HR's
• ensure we are meeting the financial targets given to the KONE factories people related Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s)
• work in close collaboration in HR network both global and local, participate in the New Equipment Business HR team to develop KONE business further and ensure alignment with KONE strategy and objectives

In this position you will be a member of the Global Manufacturing Network and Supply Unit’s Management team and a member of the New Equipment Business HR team. This position can be located any of the following sites: Kunshan, China, Espoo/Hyvinkää, Finland, Pero Italy, or Allen US.

To be successful in this role, you'll have

• Master's or Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience in human resources area
• Extensive experience in business HR role
• Prior experience of working in a multi-country environment, matrix reporting experience.
• Business experience/knowledge and experience in organizational development is an asset
• Good interpersonal and influencing skills as well as collaborative mindset and willingness to learn
• Fluent English language skills, other language skills are an asset
• Position requires some amount of travelling
