What you´ll do 
 
During your 1 year trainee path you will learn about the intriguing world of electricity trading, how physical and financial commodity markets work and how these markets are analyzed and traded in an increasingly data-driven and digital environment. During the year, you will get hands-on assignments in physical and financial electricity trading. 

Who you are  

  • You have high motivation to learn and strong personal drive to achieve results 
  • You have excellent team working skills and willingness to take initiative 
  • You have a practical and logical approach to problem-solving  
  • You have solid IT skills 
  • You have a university degree 
  • You have good communication and presentation skills both verbal and in writing 
  • You are fluent both in spoken and written Finnish and English

UPM Graduate Programme is a paid fixed term position, but our aim is to continue the journey with you even after the programme.
