Head of Marketing

to lead our marketing and communications activities. Located in the very heart of Helsinki, this diverse and comprehensive position puts you in control of the development and delivery of our marketing strategy. 

We are looking for a confident, driven and dynamic leader with an entrepreneurial mindset. Your ability to spot original branding and communication opportunities will help you to efficiently reach our international target audiences in the waste industry.

Here’s what you’ll get to do:

• Develop and implement our Marketing and Communications strategy, including campaigns, events, digital marketing and press relations
• Take overall responsibility for brand management and company identity
• Manage our social media presence to boost our reputation and recognition
• Ensure that all company-internal stakeholders are up-to-date regarding marketing status and objectives
• Work closely with our sales and product teams to produce top-notch marketing materials 
• Coordinate marketing campaigns with sales activities
• Running lead generation campaigns and measuring results
• Analyze the competitive environment and customer trends

To succeed, we expect you to have:

• Interest towards circular economy, recycling and waste sorting
• Proven track record of success in senior marketing roles
• Leadership skills with the ability to set and prioritize goals
• Experience with CRM software
• Hands-on attitude and superior writing skills in English to write marketing copy when needed 
• Willingness to travel as our robots are sorting waste all over the world
