We are looking for tech-savvy students to our Tampere R&D site. You have a tremendous opportunity to put your theoretical knowledge to practice in our research and development projects.

We are looking for students with background of some years of studying in a university, polytechnic or an equivalent institution. As result of studies you already have a solid understanding of the basics of software development. You have a hungry mind to learn more and you are excited doing a variety of different kinds of tasks as part of your job. You are always ready to share your knowledge and skills among the people you work with. You are a team worker but also efficient on independent tasks, and your English language skills allow you to communicate efficiently in our multicultural environment.

For software related tasks, it will be beneficial if you know some of Python, C/C++, GO, Javascript or Java/J2EE programming.  Matlab and UML  modelling are also assets. Having knowledge of agile methodologies, DevOps, continuous integration, continuous delivery, working with open source SW, linux, GIT, multi-core processors, reactive programming or Graphical User Interfaces (GUI) is a plus. You possibly have studied 4G/5G, big data, automated testing (TDD, ATDD, Robot), signal processing, virtualization, cloudification, databases or security.
