Catalyst Systems is a growing Product Line consisting of nearly 50 professionals within Exhaust Treatment Business in Marine Solutions. In our dynamic and entrepreneurial organization, we develop, sell, deliver and maintain world class emission control solutions. Catalyst Systems is now looking for an R&D Engineer to strengthen our team in the growing environmental business.

The location for this position is Vaasa, Finland. The position is temporary for nine (9) months. 

Responsibilities

In your daily work you will work in the Catalyst R&D Team to develop and test new solutions for our emission control systems.

Your main tasks will include:
- Participating in the development of mixing solutions for SCR systems.
- Running and supervising a small-scale catalyst test bench.
- Participating in research and development tasks related to emission control.

Requirements

- M.Sc. in Chemical, Process Engineering or other relevant education
- Good knowledge of chemistry and process engineering with emphasis on process modelling and simulations
- Knowledge of catalyst chemistry
- Good team working and communication skills 
- Ability to take individual responsibility while efficiently interconnecting within the organisation 
- Fluency in written and spoken English
