We're looking for a skilled Data Analyst to join our team in our Helsinki HQ. You’ll be our first internal analyst, building the base for our internal reporting from the ground up. Your main areas of responsibility at the beginning are providing insight to our Growth and Finance teams. As you’ll be the first one to contribute to these areas in terms of reporting and analysis, you’ll have great impact and responsibility. This is why we believe that you’ll be successful if you have a good foundation in the form of relevant working experience as well as having a pioneer mindset. 

What you would be doing

• Refine and answer business critical questions
• Analyse results of our growth experiments
• Deep-dive into customer & usage datasets to identify revenue opportunities
• Design and build internal reporting capabilities
• ACV & LTV modeling

Requirements

• +4 years of relevant experience
• Strong knowledge of SQL
• Experience in at least one of the following tools; Google Data Studio, Tableau, Looker, PowerBI or Qlik.
• Experience reporting in spreadsheets (Excel or Google Sheets)
• An eye for making good looking data visualisations
• Excellent English proficiency and communication skills

Nice to have

• Programming experience (Python, R)
• Spreadsheet macro programming experience (VBA/Google Apps Script)
• Experience in SEM, SEO or social media marketing, or working with respective data
• Experience with Supermetrics products
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams
