Are you passionate about safe working environments? We are looking for a HSEQ Manager to ensure that health, safety, environmental and quality issues get full attention at ZenRobotics. In this role, you will play a key part in defining processes and practices that meet and exceed the market needs and our competitors.

As a HSEQ Manager, your focus will be in leading and developing the implementation of safety, quality and environment related standards, policies, procedures and projects. In addition, you will lead the implementation of new regulations and facilitate audits and regulatory inspections to check that safety, quality and sustainability plans are followed and fulfilled. 

In practice, you will take into use appropriate monitoring and control procedures and measures for operational processes to ensure safety, quality and the environment. 

Your tasks will include

• Initiating and leading safety, quality and environmental programs for relevant processes
• Developing safety, quality and environmental training for employees to ensure all individuals have the required level of knowledge
• Advocating the safety, quality and sustainability mindset and best practices across the organization
• Managing and investigating incidents and cooperating with relevant internal and external stakeholders
• Setting safety, quality and environmental KPIs within your area of responsibility

To succeed, you should have 

• Relevent industry experience with proven track record of successful implementation of safety, quality and/or sustainability initiatives
• Strong safety, quality and environmental mindset
• Demonstrated ability to work across cultures in an international setting
• M.Sc. or B.Sc. from a relevant field of study
