Global KONE Logistics Development is looking for an Integrations Specialist to lead integrations with material suppliers and logistics service providers as part of Logistics Network Development team.

You will actively participate in supplier integrations projects together with KONE business units, IT, sourcing and external partners to drive and support new developments, improvements in existing interfaces, web portals and process harmonization on business side. In this role, you will contribute to development and harmonization of processes and tools as part of Accelerate Winning with Customers program.

Main responsibilities:

• Lead activities in further development and implementation of supplier integrations through web portals on business side
• Collect and analyze integration business requirements from global and local business owners, and provide business requirements to KONE IT
• Actively support EDI integration projects on business side, including participation to interface developments together with IT, business owners, unit key users, sourcing and suppliers
• Support business units and act as a global super user for the key user community in supplier integration area
• Facilitate trainings and drive competence development of key users together with business owners, as well as IT solution and platform owners
• Follow-up and participate in other system and process development projects in integration area as part of the Logistics Network Development team

Skills, Education and Experience:

• Prior work experience in integrations (EDI, web portals and interface monitoring tools)
• Prior work experience in supply chain and/or process development in global environment
• Prior work experience of SAP or other ERP knowledge

• Enjoy working independently and also as part of the team and want to drive results
• Have great collaboration and communication skills in English, other languages are an advantage
• Transportation Management System knowledge is an advantage
