If yes, we have an excellent opportunity for you in our experienced Paper Machine Clothing (PMC) team as a head of our Forming and Dryer fabric group.

You will drive the forming and dryer fabric long term business plan and on the more daily basis guide the product sales support team, work on the sales cases together with Areas, improve forming and dryer fabric quality and support manufacturing to improve efficiency. Active product portfolio management is one of your tools to ensure the profitability. You are also interested in further developing our sales and operations process to ensure profitable, high-quality, on-time deliveries and optimized stock levels.

Your team consists of highly experienced Product experts. You and your team will work in close co-operation with Sales, R&D  and Production teams to initiate offering meeting customers’ expectations, product improvements and new offering. By your own example and creating a safe learning environment - showing appreciation and encouraging to open feedback - you can enhance renewal, whether in the form of new offering or new ways of working. As you will have the overall financial responsibility of forming and dryer fabric business, your role as a member of PMC’s management team and in reaching the profitable growth targets is crucial. Understanding the basics of industrial internet and its possibilities in supporting business and creating new business is important.

To be successful in this role, you will have a

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related engineering field
• Motivation and ability to achieve results under pressure with strong sense of responsibility and independence
• Change management and leadership skills in a matrix, multi-cultural, international environment
• Understanding of paper making process and forming and dryer fabric technology including a good knowledge of the customer base and customer requirements
• Ability to convert customer needs and opportunities into sales
• Ability to quickly build relationships and achieve results both individually and as part of a team
• Effective written and oral communication skills in English along with presentation, negotiation and analytical skills.
• Willingness and ability to travel on an international basis.
