We are searching for Industrial Analytics & AI Solution Lead for heading our business development incl. portfolio roadmap and pre-sales of data transformation and AI services for industrial customers. We are searching for people with a passion for what they're doing. We expect you to understand the possibilities of the newest tech and AI, but to simultaneously be able to communicate a realistic understanding of the achievable business benefits for our customers in the manufacturing industry.

To succeed in this role, your skills and personality should include:

·         Sales attitude with demonstrated history of driving new sales

·         Proactive way of working in finding new sales opportunities and taking our services and offerings to the next level

·         Relevant knowledge and experience from working in or developing services for manufacturing and/or process industry customers

·         Understanding of Analytics and/or AI service development and use cases. Technical competence in data science is considered as a plus.

·         Innovative and fast thinker who is not afraid to develop the customer solutions on the fly

·         Excellent presentation skills at least in English, Finnish language skills are considered as a plus
