Project Manager manages the interface with all key stakeholders during the project.  You plan, direct and coordinate the activities of designated projects to ensure that project objectives are accomplished within the agreed schedule and budget, using approved KONE methodologies and tools.

We are now looking for a Project Manager, Technical Support &Supply Process Development to join the Development& QEHS team in the KONE Global Spares Supply unit.

Global Spares Supply (GSS) plays a key role in supporting KONE’s Maintenance Business in our Winning With Customers strategy. As a Project Manager in the Development team you will play an active role in improving our business processes that cover the Global Maintenance Field Support and Supply Chain network. You will reach your KPI’s bu using your expertise in engineering or supply chain project management. Lean methodologies, process development as well as analytical, organizational and collaborative skills will guarantee success when you work across a wide stakeholder network.  You will strengthen technical support services and spare part availability for maintenance. This is a unique opportunity for you to gain wide-scope experience!

Main responsibilities

• Gather and analyse relevant data in order to identify development opportunities in the full chain of systems and processes
• Scoping development projects and objectives together with the business owners and project key stakeholders
• Planning project tasks, schedule and budget; considering interdependencies with related projects and other activities that have a direct or in-direct impact on the project
• Delivering agreed scope of the project in agreed schedule, budget and quality
• Applying appropriate project management methodology, often lean
• Leading, motivating and coaching stakeholders as well as participating yourself with practical approach
• Effective collaboration and communication towards project stakeholders
• Participating and contributing to related projects as stakeholder or team member

• Skills, education and experience
  • Project and change management skills
  • You have experience in engineering or supply chain or sourcing processes
  • You are fluent in English
  • Experience in PDM, SAP, SQL and data analysis tools/programming is an added benefit.
