KONE Elevator Factory in Finland is an elevator design, manufacturing and distribution unit located in Hyvinkää.

It supplies special elevator solutions to a variety of end-users worldwide, including office buildings, hotels, hospitals, and larger projects, such as cruisers and airports.

We are now looking for a Summer Trainee, Material Management to join the material management team in the elevator factory in Hyvinkää.

In this position you will manage purchasing activities for different suppliers related to elevator and modernization orders. Your main tasks will include

•Supplier collaboration

•Creating purchase orders

•Monitoring order confirmations and supplier performance

•Processing supplier invoices

•Maintaining ERP for items in your purchasing portfolio

•Collaboration with internal stakeholders eg. production, quality, sourcing

Ideally you will have

•Commercial or technical studies

•Excellent communication skills both Finnish and English

•Ability to use MS Office tools, especially Excel skills are an asset

•SAP R/3 knowledge is an asset

•Prompt and accurate working style

•Team player attitude
