BRAND MANAGER, Finland & Baltics


for Lambi & Serla to join our Brands and marketing team at Metsä Tissue in Espoo.


What do you get to do?

We are looking to strengthen our Brands and marketing team with a dynamic  Brand Manager who takes ownership of the Lambi and Serla brands in Finland and Baltics.

As a Brand Manager you have a key role in securing Lambi & Serla’s success via marketing and sales support activities. You are responsible for implementing the brands strategies in Finland and Baltics to grow Metsä Tissue brands consistently and profitably. An essential part of your role is to maximize the brand portfolio value in the countries by optimizing marketing planning and execution and maximising consumer reach in a relevant way. This role gives you an excellent opportunity to work with market leading FMCG brands, work in close cooperation with our Trade Marketing and Key Account Managers, act as a part of an international Brand marketing team and take ownership of your brands in your markets.

Your key responsibilities include:

  • Excellent execution of brand strategies with an optimized marketing plan
  • Media selection to maximise effectiveness of reaching the target group
  • Contribution to creation of business plan in your markets
  • Analysing marketing performance, market trends, competitive environment and sales performance as input to brand strategy work and marketing plan optimization
  • Setting targets and KPI’s for marketing activities and analysing the results
  • Responsibility of brand budget
  • Contribution to securing competitive brand assortments

What do we expect from you?

In order to be successful you most likely hold a Master’s degree in Business or Marketing, have an in-depth marketing knowledge and several years’ experience from Brand marketing within the FMCG industry. You are proactive, well-organized and a strong communicator with great team working skills. We use Finnish and English equally in our daily work so we are looking for someone with excellent skills in at least these two languages. You can impress us with your business acumen, analytical and strategic thinking and being a nice person to work with!
