Danfoss is looking for an experienced HR Manager (in Danfoss world “HR Generalist”) to join the HR Operations Finland team. The team supports local business needs with an emphasis on operational excellence and employee support. We offer an interesting position where you will support our personnel and people managers in the organization of 1000 employees in Finland. As HR Manager, you will be responsible for our Danfoss entities in Espoo, Helsinki, Vantaa, Tampere and Lappeenranta, where you will need to be present at all of them from time to time. Currently we are also supporting the task of implementing 3 new companies into the Danfoss world, which you will be a part of in this role. Furthermore, your main tasks will be:
- Leadership development and acting as advisor and sparring partner to local managers
- Implementing and partly also managing new/adjusted Danfoss Group People standards, processes and services and Danfoss Finland benefit plan
- Counseling on demanding employment matters and payroll related issues as well as ensuring compliance with the local legislation at your Danfoss locations
- Participating in employer branding
- Participating in work ability and occupational health care coordination
Background and skills
To succeed in this position, you have a relevant academic background (M.Sc.) e.g. in Human Recourse Management combined with some years of HR experience, preferably in a global industrial environment. Furthermore, you have:
- Some experience preferably in both upper white-collar and blue-collar employment matters. Knowledge of the Collective Agreement in the Technology Industries is an asset.
- Experience in process implementation, change management and leading transformation processes
- Good knowledge of business/human capital analytics
- A good command of English and Finnish.
