We are looking for a Solution Manager, Field Service solutions. Wärtsilä offers a lot of challenges and growth potential for people passionate about supporting business with world-class solutions. In the Solution Manager position you will support our solutions and participate in the DEVOPS team continuously enhancing and extending the solutions to fit the business needs. Ideal candidate can work well with architects and developers and can take the needed role in the team. Good understanding of the end users and global business processes help to succeed in this role, but right attitude and sound technical skills are needed.

Responsibilities:
- Active work in scrum team working on our field service solutions (e.g. Scrum master role)
- Guide and assist business process owners to optimize, automatize and industrialize business processes with IT solutions 
- Manage and be responsible for development and total delivery of solutions during their lifecycle 
- Support, consult and participate in related development initiatives, share good practices  
- Manage own area documentation
- Work in closed co-operation with service managers, vendors and business stakeholders. 

Requirements
- Education: B.Sc or equivalent in IT or engineering domain 
- Good team working skills in global environment 
- Agile (scrum/Kanban) and DEVOPS expertise
- Proactive, development-minded, independent and goal-focused attitude to work
- Good software engineering skills (development,  quality assurance, version control management, automated testing and deployments) 
- Knowledge of Salesforce ecosystem is essential (Salesforce admin certification level skills expected), at least good understanding ERP & integration is also needed
- Good leadership, collaboration and change management skills 
- Service-minded attitude and good problem solving skills
- Very good documentation and presentation skills 
- Fluent written and spoken English 

Preferred locations for this position is Helsinki, Vaasa or Turku.
