Corporate Services Development is a department inside Elisa’s Software Services unit, home for development of Elisa’s digital services like Elisa Viihde, Elisa Kirja, Elisa Ring, Elisa OC and our corporate customer online channels. We innovate and create digital products on customer need in a sustainable way. We are talented team of Designers, Architects and Engineers who are supported by modern management.

We are looking for a talented Software Architect to support Elisa Corporate Online Services development in Elisa Software Services. This position gives you unique opportunity to help Elisa in its way towards the world of clouds, APIs and digitalization, enable Elisa's B2B customers to find new productivity and user-friendliness, and develop your personal competence with modern technology and smart colleagues.

As an architect you will facilitate the interaction between the business, management, process experts and other stakeholders with the software development. You’ll provide guidance to the technical vision and roadmap, make technology selections and create architectural guidelines, participate in development and practical teamwork driving your team to success. Your responsibility area covers everything from front-end to backend and further to CI/CD-pipelines, development tools, legacy backend integrations, monitoring and management systems. Therefore being able to see through the complexity of large scale corporate systems and grasp the essentials is mandatory ability in the role.

We expect you to have:

• Proven track record of designing and building robust and scalable web-applications
• Experience of building robust REST APIs and modern user interfaces
• Knowledge of programming languages in our tech-stack, especially Java and JavaScript (React).
• Interest to investigate new technologies, like Node, Golang, etc.
• DevOps-minded head and keen spirit on CI/CD development
• Experience with relational databases (MariaDB or similar).
• Experience on planning and implementing containerized architectures (Kubernetes)
• Great communication skills in spoken and written English
• We also appreciate experience of working with open-source projects, Cloud platforms and Salesforce Clouds

You can work flexibly in Finland, but most of the key stakeholders are in Pasila office, so we prefer if you can at least part of the week work at the Elisa HQ in Pasila.
