Analytics at Wolt focuses on fuelling growth by making our data understandable and actionable. We serve both our colleagues here at Wolt as well as our customers, merchants and courier partners with insights, dashboards, reports and machine learning. Complexity of online food delivery, differences in the economics and dynamics of the cities we operate in and vast amounts of data make our work both challenging and oh so interesting. 

The role scope 

We're looking for a Business Intelligence Analyst to join our team of 12 data professionals. In this role you'll be interpreting the needs and requests of our over 500 self-serving Looker users from 20 countries and transforming these into actionable dashboards. The requests may be coming from our business development, marketing, support, restaurant or product teams, so there is a lot of diversity in what you'll be working on. You'll get to develop reporting as a whole, from understanding the needs of the business to providing them with easily understandable and actionable visualisations. We have a complex data environment with tons of data just waiting to be utilized - you'll find lots of interesting things to get your hands on. 

You'll be owning our centrally maintained Looker dashboards, so experience in similar tools (like Tableau, Periscope Data, Power BI or QlikSense) is a must. As always with data, you’ll need to be able to transform it into desired structure using your strong SQL skills. Since you'll be working with stakeholders from all over the organization, we are looking for someone that preferably has a lot of experience interpreting different needs and a great service attitude. Ownership and first class service are at the heart of Wolt culture, and having so many users dependent on your dashboards, you will really need to  embrace these values. You will also need to be able to independently plan and define the contents of the dashboards to best meet the needs of your internal "clients".
