Junior Finance Development Specialist

We are looking for a Junior Finance Development Specialist for a temporary position (27th April – 31st August 2020) to develop Sanoma’s Purchase-to-Pay process and related systems.

Key job responsibilities

·         Drive end-to-end (E2E) Purchase-to-Pay process related development items (i.e. improvements in PO accuracy, invoice lead time)

·         Support Finance & Accounting related RPA (Robotic Process Automation) implementations  

·         Support projects focusing on standardization, simplification and automation across the the Purchase-to-Pay E2E process scope

·         Understand business driven needs for the E2E processes and successfully translate those into implementable improvement actions

·         Actively question and challenge current “normal” in order to identify necessary tools and technologies to automate, improve and simplify E2E processes

·         Proactively interact with Finance Shared Services (FSS) including India based delivery center and Procurement

We expect you to have

·         Project management mindset

·         Experience from Finance & Accounting processes in a multinational company  

·         Strong social skills and networking skills

·         Hands-on and pro-active working style and can-do attitude

·         Local language (Finnish or Dutch) as well as English, both written and spoken

·         Interest in robotics, process automation and technology

·         Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Industrial Engineering

·         The role might require some traveling
