We are looking for a Project Engineers with a main responsibility to lead, execute and implement your manufacturing projects with your own team and named delivery & assembly teams and needed stakeholders. The preferred location for this position is Vaasa, Finland. Other locations cannot be considered.
Your role and responsibilities
As a Project Engineer your work will include production project management tasks in STH production and ecosystem environment. You’ll be working as a part of Delivery Centre Sustainable Technology Hub, Product Delivery organisation (DC STH PD) as a part of dynamic Project team with diverse expertise.
Your work will focus on these responsibilities:
- Lead and execute production projects by planning, implementing, and continuously improving production in collaboration with teams and stakeholders in DC-STH manufacturing and ecosystem environment
- Utilize production tools and methodologies such as LEAN, problem-solving techniques and Agile methods to enhance production processes in STH and ecosystem
- Coordinate and communicate with key stakeholders both internally and externally, ensuring smooth project execution
- Build strong project management and manufacturing execution capabilities by fostering continuous improvement
To be able to succeed in the position, we expect you to have:
- BSc. or MSc. in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or similar
- Entrepreneurial mindset and can-do attitude
- Experience of MS Office tools, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams
- Fluent spoken and written Finnish and English
