Do you want to be part of our dynamic Customer service team, create premium customer experience and sell our world class products? 

We are looking for an enthusiastic and professional Customer Service Coordinator to our customer service team located in Nokia headquarters. Your daily job will be handling orders and queries that we receive from our customers: car dealers and tyre dealers from all over Finland. Currently our service channels are phone, email and chat. In addition to these, your work will also contain outbound calls to our customers, so it is an advantage if you have experience in making them. You will be working closely with our sales organization and hope you understand the importance of customer service as a sales channel.

Our customer service is currently open at 8.00 – 17.00 at weekdays and we work in shifts. During seasons, in autumn and in spring, we may extend our opening hours a bit from both ends. 

What do we expect from you?

  • Previous experience in working in a call center or service center
  • Customer service-oriented mindset and willingness to exceed our customers’ expectations
  • Ability to use different tools and systems supporting our sales and customer service processes
  • Understanding of the metrics and goals (CSAT, NPS, FCR, ACW, AHT, monitoring scores etc.) measuring the efficiency and quality of customer service 
  • Great teamwork skills and positive “Yes, we can!” attitude
  • Flexibility and ability to stand pressure in sometimes hectic environment
  • Willingness to develop yourself and our ways of working further
  • Fluent Finnish and English skills
