ABOUT THE ROLE
We want to transform how people work in customer service. So we need a team of world-class talent. As a Customer Success Specialist at Ultimate.ai, you’re at the heart of our ambitious growth plans. You’ll be an integral part of the Company from Day 1.
- You’ll take a lead role on our Customer Success process, onboarding new clients smoothly and confidently. On this, you’ll work closely with both our Sales and Product teams, ensuring client needs are clearly communicated and prioritized.
- You'll be helping leading brands design and deliver great automated experiences to their customers. You are a natural conversationalist and will champion conversational design and user experience and customer experience.
- Our clients are large businesses and so making sure the AI deployments run smoothly requires excellent project management skills. You’ll own the relationship on several clients simultaneously and will be a pro at juggling competing priorities and managing expectations.
- We’re an AI company and so training machines is our bread-and-butter. You love deep diving into the data to understand how brands can better meet their goals - improving their conversational design and boosting their automation level.
- As a high-growth startup, we love change and new ideas. As you progress through your role and develop a deeper understanding of our clients’ needs, you can have a real impact in helping shape our existing processes for the better. This could involve creating onboarding documentation, setting KPIs, and advising on our Product Roadmap.
ABOUT YOU
We’re looking for a collaborative, communicative and well-organised team player who takes pride in building long-term client relationships and owing processes end-to-end.
Ideal qualifications:
- 2+ years professional experience in a client-facing role, ideally in a SaaS technology company.
- Experience working in customer service or customer experience is a huge bonus.
- Strong skills in communication, project management, problem solving, high motivation and ability to work in a team.
- Strong passion for AI and disruptive technologies.
- Naturally analytical mindset, with the ability to deep dive into conversational data and find ways to improve our AI accuracy and the automated experiences we deliver.
- Obsessed with designing and delivering great customer experiences, product performance and customer satisfaction.
- Proactivity is key - startups thrive on team members who take the initiative!
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel and Powerpoint.
- Native proficiency in Finnish and oral and written fluency in English. Additional languages are a huge bonus.
