We are looking for a French speaking Technical Service Manager to enable the business growth of our channel partners.

Technical Service Manager is responsible for services toward named partner accounts. You will develop deep relationships with the partner organizations to enable satisfaction, loyalty and achievement of the business objectives together!

You will be supporting our focus partners in designing and operating services and value-add services towards end-customers and understanding end-customer needs and satisfaction. You will also be proving the trainings to partner customer care units to support F-Secure products. You will help partners to be getting the best support from us by being the link between the partner and F-Secure support

In this role, you will be operating in alignment with F-Secure sales strategy and ensure that we deliver the unique offering which combines products and services built on the top of them. You will also be supporting global company initiatives, campaigns and launches, and develops and drives partner specific activities and contribute to the region’s sales and planning process and global service enable strategic planning.

Who you are:

  • 4+ years of experience in the customer care or account management role
  • Understanding of technology, IT systems, integrations
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Constructive attitude towards challenges
  • Structured ways of working
  • Languages: French and English, other languages are a plus
