We are looking for a Service Engineer at ABB Oy, Motion Service, in Pitäjänmäki, Helsinki. From rapid response and performance improvement to operational efficiency and life-cycle management, Service is one of our fastest-growing areas. In this position, you would work in a team called Service Responsible Unit Finland (SRU FI) which is responsible for after sales services globally for ABB motors and generators manufactured in Finland. Service Engineers are part of our Expert Services team.

Your responsibilities

Supervision of mechanical installation of electrical machines Maintenance, measurements and repairs of electric motors and generators Supporting Project Managers in the quotation and planning of the jobs Performing jobs at customer locations for various industries globally

Your background

B.Sc. or vocational degree in electrical or mechanical engineering Several years of experience in maintenance and repairs of motors and generators Excellent/good written and spoken Finnish and English skills Relevant practical work experience You are open-minded, practical, determined and customer oriented You work well both independently and as a part of a team. Willingness to travel constantly (appr. 150-200 days annually) and mostly abroad
