Can you juggle projects without dropping a ball? Are you someone who drives initiatives and can share your vision with developers?
We are looking for an enthusiastic project manager to bring order to our software development projects, both big and small. The person we’re looking for has the communication and organizational skills to deliver projects on time and on budget whether it’s a one-month project with a single developer or a multi-year project with a multidisciplinary team. Our current process is an Agile/Scrum variant, but in this role you can help us refine it or even redefine it as you see necessary.
Conducting the orchestra
In this role, you will see the development through from start to finish. You will ensure that our projects are delivered on schedule, scope and budget.
You will work closely with our product managers and stakeholders to define project requirements and manage resources accordingly. You will actively engage in project forecasting and backlog management in order to secure successful outcomes.
You will be our change management agent. You will identify new ways to improve our processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness. You know that change is never easy. That’s why you will work closely with our team to set clear goals and how these will be achieved.
Notes for success
You have a good number of successful projects under your belt. You are used to working with Agile/Scrum methodology and have a proven track of developing roadmaps, sprints, and product specifications. You also possess a good understanding of risk management.
Your organisation and people skills lead by example. You are able to manage several projects concurrently without losing focus. You have excellent collaboration and communication skills, and find ways to work with people across functions.
Ideally, you have a good understanding of software development processes. You are passionate about technology and follow the latest news from the industry.
