For our Marketing, Sales and Product Management team, understanding the full potential of our technology and the trends in our markets is highly rewarding. You will be responsible for the sale of cutting-edge ABB Grid Edge Solutions (including microgrids and energy storage) in Scandinavia. Reporting to the Grid Edge Solutions Sales Manager, you will use your experience and drive to build long-standing customer relationships, identifying effective solutions for customer needs.

Your responsibilities

Driving sales volume and margin across the ABB Grid Edge Solutions portfolio. Establishing and maintaining strong customer relationships through excellent service and your knowledge of customer needs and ABB solutions. Preparing sales plans and bids, with marketing and other departments, ensuring technical and financial accuracy. Contributing to the identification and development of new market opportunities in collaboration with the wider Sales team. Securing continuous pipeline growth in the Grid Edge Solutions market. Monitoring customer and market trends to develop effective marketing activities in collaboration with the Marketing team. Your background

An engineering degree in a related field (preferably electrical, electronic or computer science). More than 5 years of experience in Sales. Sound knowledge and experience in system and solution sales in the renewables and energy storage markets. Experience in protection, control, SCADA and DMS applications is an advantage. Fluency in English and Swedish are mandatory; additional Scandinavian languages (Finnish, Norwegian, Danish) are an advantage. Current work permit to work inside the European Union. Knowledge of Homer Pro, PSSE and other simulation tools is an advantage. Proven ability to develop and manage customer relationships A collaborative, solutions-oriented approach and strong communication skills. Availability to travel at least 3 days each week to visit customers in Scandinavia. Location is flexible within our offices in Scandinavia.
