About our team

Our team, Product Management & Governance, has many responsibilities connected to the governance of Wealth Management products. We conduct product reviews and are responsible for product management and product approvals. We also act as a driver in various product development projects. We are proud of our thorough understanding of MiFID product Management and Governance requirements as well as our in depth business understanding and insight of the value chain.

Your role

Your responsibilities are tied to the team’s ambition to maintain and further develop efficient and robust product management and governance framework that meet both business needs and regulation requirements. Together with the team, you will participate in maintaining the product review framework, which includes i.a. ongoing product reviews. To your tasks will also include acting as Project Manager for specific approvals and further improve products’ time-to-market with key stakeholders. Furthermore, you will participate  in various projects relating to the product development, risk management and governance concerning investment products and offerings.

You will be part of an international setting, having stakeholders and colleagues across the Nordic countries as well as in Luxembourg. You can be located in Helsinki, Copenhagen, Stockholm or Oslo.

About you

We are looking for you who is skilled in planning and persistent in driving your projects. You have been described as pro-active and responsible. As you will be working with many different stakeholders and colleagues, you enjoy working with people and finding solutions together. However, you are not afraid to challenge ideas to make sure the best solution is found, yet you know when to be flexible. We are a new team so we hope you can handle some unexpected changes and loose structures.

We appreciate previous working experience from a similar role or working with investments and investment products one way or another so you have an understanding of MiFID Product Management and Governance requirements. Experience from ESG is an advantage. Fluent English is a requirement due to the international nature of the role.
