KONE has decided to enhance its Key Account Management organization as part of KONE Winning with Customers strategy. Market trends are driving the development to move from customer transactions towards more holistic customer accounts both nationally, cross-border and globally.

KONE’s Key Account Management approach will cover both our new equipment and service businesses as well as all new services and solutions currently in the market or under development for our customers. We will do this by putting the customer in the center of everything we do, while capturing digital opportunities.

To provide us insight in taking this leap we are now looking for

Key Account Management Controller, Global

you will act as a Senior controller responsible for coordinating, administering, analyzing and controlling the sales operations specifically for KONE’s Key and Strategic Accounts across all business lines and geographies. The successful candidate will also lead the budgeting and forecast process of key accounts and lead sales analytics initiatives to better direct and support various key account teams.

Your key responsibilities as our Key Account Management Controller, Global are as follows:

  • Financial reporting and analysis of all KONE Key and Strategic accounts
  • Creation and governance of dedicated KAM KPI dashboard including
    • Analytics and data visualization
    • Profitability analysis
    • Budget
    • Pricing
    • Market share
    • Granularity across business lines and countries
  • Creation and deployment of CRM and SAP rules for key accounts
  • Account level business reporting with financial figures
  • Customer (external) reporting
  • Support KAM strategy deployment in Front Lines
  • Monitor and support KAM Sales activities including digital and consultancy offering

Profile & competencies we are looking for:

  • BS degree in Finance/Accounting. MBA or Masters in Finance desirable
  • Senior level financial controller with 8+ years of relevant experience
  • Strong analytical skills to turn data into intelligence
  • Experience in building dashboards, reports, sales and financial KPIs
  • Advanced knowledge of SAP, Salesforce, Qlik Sense or PowerBi
  • Experience in “online, mobile, apps” solutions
  • Knowledge of Artificial Intelligence in sales analytics is a plus
  • Knowledge and experience in B2B pricing is a plus
